Meet the Staff at Great Southern Animal Hospital

Dr. Sears graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science in 1993. He joined The Great Southern Animal Hospital Team as a Veterinary Assistant shortly after graduation. He worked his way through Graduate School earning a Masters of Science in Molecular Genetics in 1996 and received his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from The Ohio State College of Veterinary Medicine in 2000. He remained on the Great Southern Animal Hospital Team for four years as an Associate Veterinarian. In 2004, Dr. Sears became the Supervising Veterinarian and owner. When he is not working, he stays busy with his wife, two sons, and three rescue dogs. His veterinary career has evolved with the patients and clients of The Great Southern Animal Hospital and over the years and he hopes you and your pet will become part of its future.
